This is my favorite so far. It was taken with natural light from the window. The sepia tone added the quality of nostalgia I see when I look at them. Nature always reclaims what is hers. More and more old homesteads crumble back into the earth every year, silently and without ceremony. I love exploring them, looking for their stories, the history, clues to a way of life, an era's shadows, the fingerprints that still linger, that remind me, this place was once a home and love used to live here.
